Salt Lake City, UT – A special Hand Bottled Limited Release of Pomme Baril will be released in Salt Lake City the day before Pie’N Beer Day on Thrusday the 23rd.
Pomme Baril is an Apple Ale brewed with cinnamon, cardamom, cloves, nutmeg, grains of paradise, coriander, ginger, star anise, and aged in brandy barrels. It is remarkably crisp and refreshing with a balance of spice, distinct apple notes and a wholesome oat character; think apple crisp. The finish is clean with subtle accents of brandy. This ale is raw and unfiltered, straight out of the wood. There will be less than 350 bottles available with a limit of 2 per customer.
