Celebrating 8 years of brewing great beer!
From Schooner Exact: Join us in SODO for a week of beer and food themed events as we mark another fantastic year in the life of Schooner Exact.
We’ll get the party going on Sunday with brunch starting at 10 AM. Stick around for the Seahawks game and a special tapping of Gateway Golden Ale infused with kaffir lime, lemongrass and Chinook hops. Raspberry Sour Ale (yes, a sour!!!) will also be making an appearance. Then, starting Sunday at 3 PM and running all week long, our kitchen will be offering a special 3-course food and beer pairing menu. Our Chef Warren Peterson, Sous Chef Eric Fitzgerald and their amazing staff continue to create fantastic dishes that pair wonderfully with Matt’s beer.
With eight crazy years under our belts, it’s time to grow. We’re expanding into a 20-barrel brewing operation and would love to show you our new digs. Tours of the brewhouse will be held at 4:30 PM Sun-Thurs during anniversary week.
