Hopworks Urban Brewery and Portland-based country music maestro Caleb Klouder partnered to create Caleb’s Country Kolsch for the Portland Mercury Malt Ball on February 2 at the Wonder Ballroom. Caleb’s Country Kolsch: we put music in every glass by wood-aging the beer on unfinished mandolin bodies and staves of maple and spruce.
