We kicked it with the badass dudes at Chuckanut Brewery & Kitchenand brewed Nuts of Wrath – a collaboration lager, great for the winter time. A forgotten style, this Kulmbacher Export was made up gleaning info from German recipes in the Franconian region from the late 1800’s. These Kulmbacher Exports were being brewed before the rise of Pilsner and other pale lagers in Germany.

This lager is dark, malty and bitter with generous amounts of Munich and Carafa malts balance with a large helping of German noble Hallertau Tradition and Mittelfruh hops. This is not your typical subtle lager. Chuckanut and Grains of Wrath hope you enjoy this bold lager on a cold winter evening. Jan 25th is the Release 5pm

We’ll also be tapping 2 other Chuckanut guest taps to enjoy!
