Finally made it so Cashmere WA. Never been near this region of Washington State and with my goal of hitting all the breweries in the state this was on the radar. So here I am on a 4 day trip with the family off to North Eastern/Central WA. What??? Yep right when the heat hits also. Damn it is hot over here. So Cashmere a nice drive up first things you see are the apple orchards and then downtown Cashmere off to the distance. Cashmere Brewing an old fruit storage warehouse the brewery was open and brewing. They had just finished brewing there Continually Hopped IPA and it was good. I meet Joe the Owner and he told me all about the area and place we had a great time. Chuck there Asst brewer was working hard filling kegs and chatting it up also. The brewery with a tap room can seat 50 beer needing residents it is a simple place it has tables, chairs, games and a few other things (Items) on the walls and floors. This place has the look and feel of a fun brewery. Nothing taken too seriously other than the brewing no food here so bring that in and with some killer BBQ down the road they are set. The beer was awesome I loved them all. I must mention the Continually Hopped IPA was killer and you must try this when you have the chance. They built an auger
system to continually feed hops to the brew tank as brewing process goes with fresh hops. The Suffocater Imperial Amber ale they call it was also tasty. It was 8.6% so it can make you forget the night if you’re not careful. This was a blast and I need to see this place when it is in full tilt serving all the locals.
