Brothers Cascadia Brewing – Out of the Weeds IPA

We are always looking for what’s new, especially in IPAs, but this time we are taking a step back. This beer is modeled after the IPAs that got us into the style to begin with. Bold pine and citrus aromas, a moderate body filled with classic hop character, and finished with a firm bitterness. We dusted off some old recipes and found a gem worth bringing back!
