Early Next week we will have a tasty treat hitting the shelves in OR and WA.

Fresh Flow
IPA – 6.5%ABV

Fresh Flow is a refreshing, tropically hoppy IPA featuring fruit-forward American and New Zealand hop varietals that are balanced by a crisp malt base designed for sunny summer drinking. Brewed in cooperation with artist Chris Herbst of Ashland’s Flow Factory NW, whose work is featured on the can label, Fresh Flow will be brewed often and released fresh throughout the summer.

Turbulent Consequence, Pêche
Spontaneously Fermented Ale with Peaches

Turbulent Consequence is brewed using classic lambic methods from the Senne River Valley in Belgium, including a multi-step turbid mash, inoculation with resident flora in our wild cellar’s coolship, and spontaneous fermentation and extended maturation in oak barrels. Mature barrels are then used in various blends throughout the year.

2018 Pêche
Each autumn, the Arzners head to Olson Farm to hand-pick perfectly ripe winter snow white peaches, which we pack into barrels with Turbulent Consequence from the prior year. It’s then matured through the winter and blended for a late spring release as Turbulent Consequence, Pêche.  7% ABV

Apricot Canary
Wild Golden Ale with Apricots

Apricot Canary features a blend of young and old golden ales—both open and mix-fermented—which were matured in neutral oak. Select barrels were artfully blended to showcase our wild cellar’s unique house character, and then conditioned on perfectly ripe apricots. 6.5% ABV
