Notes –
Aroma – This has a deep malt aroma with a light hops backing.
Appearance – Amber in color with a nice fluffy white head.
Taste – Very nice flavor with 2-row malt and barley malt. You can find a good caramel and light hops finish.
Overall- Perfect for spicy foods like sausage and spicy sauerkraut as it is intended. This is a very tasty brew for theses shorter days and longer cool crisp evenings.
Special Notes – I really like this Leinenkugel’s they put lots of great flavor and make a terrific brew. You can tell they are really trying to get back to the basics with this brew. Finishes very nice and crisp and for me it makes me want another. Cheers until the next review.
