Imperial Sweet Stout
8.5% abv

Inspired by the seasonal treat of chocolate orange balls, this imperial sweet stout is brewed with sweet orange peel and two kinds of chocolate malts to create a delightful melange on the palate.  This vegan beer uses coconut cream to build body and silky smoothness but is balanced by enough dark chocolate bitterness and a hint of dark malt char to remind this in indeed a hefty stout in its core.  Waves of orange and a hint of vanilla complete this not-so-pastry-like sweet stout.

Hazy Rye IPA
7.0% abv

Hefty doses of both malted and flaked rye create a spicy, almost juniper berrylike malt base. Simcoe and Centennial hops create a dank and assertive fruity,piney, and floral nose and pallet.

It’s All Nice
8.7% abv

Mosaic and German Hallertau Blanc hops set the stage for this new hazy DIPA which basks in blueberry and sauvignon wine juiciness.  Northwest grown 2-Row, wheat, oats and carapils malts create a pillowy malt base allowing thehops to show through.  Double dry hopped for your pleasure, It’s All Good DIPA is packs a different kind of juice punch.

 The king of English Ales, our take on Barley wine features English grown Maris Otter, Amber, and dark crystal malts and hopped exclusively with English Horizon for a balanced bitterness and East Kent Golding hops for a classic aromatic profile.  Malty, chewy, and full of character, Old Skook is a PNW Native name for the mythical sasquatch which folklore has claimed to roam the lower Cascade range.
