February is right around the corner, which indicates it’s almost time for our sixth annual Bourbon Month!

Why Bourbon Month?  Because February is cold, dark, and rainy and we need a reason to look forward to this dreary winter month. We are celebrating along with Les Caves Bier & Kitchen with a unique bourbon menu, bourbon barrel matured beers, a bourbon dinner, and two bourbon events!

Bourbon Barrel Matured Beer
We are releasing several bourbon barrel matured beers from our cellars.  These beers spend time breathing the bourbon-soaked oak staves of the barrel, which transforms the beer into a special craft experience.

Draught, February 1st
Super Nebula– Imperial Stout matured in Heaven Hill bourbon barrels and conditioned with cocoa nibs.

Kriek, A Three Summers Cuvee– Wild & sour Oud Bruin matured in various fresh and second use bourbon barrels with fresh picked tart local cherries.

The Bourbon Prophecies- Our Belgian Dark Strong Ale matured in Heaven Hill bourbon barrels.

Cherry Imagine– A small blend of Imagine, Belgian Imperial Stout, matured in bourbon barrels with tart cherries.

Hypnosis– Barleywine matured in 15 & 20 year old Rip Van Winkle barrels.

Wandering Aengus “Blind Tiger”, Block 15 Blend Bourbon Barrel Aged Cider
A hard apple cider made with Northwest apples to provide a clean fruit finish. This semi-dry, medium tart cider was then aged in first & second run bourbon barrels to add an additional depth of flavor. 6.9%
