Get ready Washington and Oregon Beer Geeks – Bison Brewing is coming into town like a thundering herd. Started back in 1989 in Berkeley California- Head Brewer Daniel Del Grande brings the All Organic brand north up to Oregon and Washington.
Bison Organic IPA – IPA is a medium-bodied ale characterized by a citrus, pine and slightly grassy aroma with a moderately bitter, refreshingly crisp flavor and a clean, dry finish. 6% abv.
Bison Organic Chocolate Stout – is a medium-bodied ale characterized by rich cocoa and roasted malt aromas, charismatic flavors of dark chocolate and espresso, a creamy mouthfeel and smooth, dry finish. 5% abv.
Bison’s Organic Honey Basil Ale – a light-bodied ale, infused with organic clover honey & fresh, whole leaf organic basil, lending a floral and slightly herbal aroma, a hint of sweetness and mild basil after taste.
Saison de Wench - Seasonal Brew
Description: Whimsical notes of rose petals, hibiscus and peppery spice dominate the aroma. Balanced by a soft malt sweetness and moderate hop bitterness, Saison de Wench is refreshingly tart with a dry, spicy finish. Although delicious on its own, Saison de Wench pairs beautifully with delicate seafood dishes, ceviche, sushi, shellfish, fresh cheese, charcuterie, summer salads and chilled soups.
